Sample Email to use as template for Net Metering:

I am writing to urge you to advocate for a cleaner Massachusetts, by expanding the successful “net metering” program. Clean energy is a major concern in MYTOWN, and with the expansion of net metering, we can move forward in the long term goal of getting off dangerous and dirty energy sources.

The Senate passed S.2214, An Act Relative to Competitively Priced Electricity in the Commonwealth, and I urge you to support the language that’s in that bill, too.

Please be a leader on this issue, and ask the Speaker to make sure “net metering expansion” appears in the House Energy Bill.

As always, I am eager to hear your thoughts on this issue, including how you plan to vote.
