  • In the other races, no candidates cleared the threshold for endorsement, including votes for "No Endorsement."

It is an exciting time in Massachusetts electoral politics.  Special elections for four seats are being held March 4th and seven candidates have submitted candidate questionnaires to Progressive Massachusetts.

State Senate, 5th Middlesex (replacing Katherine Clark), representing parts or all of Malden, Melrose, Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield and Winchester

State Representative, 16th Suffolk (replacing Kathi Anne Reinstein), representing parts or all of Revere, Chelsea and Saugus

State Representative, 13th Suffolk (replacing Marty Walsh), representing parts or all of Dorchester, Savin Hill, South Boston

State Representative, 2nd Suffolk (replacing Gene O'Flaherty), representing Charlestown (Boston) and most of Chelsea
