DESCRIPTION:Common Start Advocacy Day\nPlease join Common Start at the Massachusetts State House on April 29 to advocate directly to State Senators about the Senate budget proposal\, and to uplift the Common Start asks for the FY26 budget. \nImportant events like this allow us to talk in-person with legislators and legislative staff about our FY26 budget priorities\, including expanding C3 grants\, increasing child care financial assistance to ensure families can access child care\, continuing to increase funding for providers and early educators\, and increasing support for Head Start\, a key program for low-income families that’s at risk from the federal government. \nIf you are new to advocacy days or advocating directly at the State House – no worries!
